Pera Hardy joins the Facilities Planning team in Infrastructure Development as Senior Facilities Planner

Pera Hardy joins the Facilities Planning team in Facilities’ Infrastructure Development as Senior Facilities Planner, effective February 27.

Pera is a registered architect (AIBC) and LEED Green Associate, Canada Green Building Council (CaGBC).  Most recently at Principle Architecture Inc, Pera managed a modular school project from design through construction and post-occupancy, and produced numerous feasibility studies and test fits for K-12 schools. Her programming, planning, design and construction experience in K-12 schools and post-secondary projects will be very beneficial to facilities planning work on campus.

Pera has a Master of Architecture degree from UBC a well as a Bachelor of Architecture and Diploma of Architectural Building Engineering Technology from BCIT.  She continues to provide mentorship to thesis students of the UBC School Of Architecture And Landscape Architecture (SALA), serves as a program advisory council member for the Architectural Science Degree Program at BCIT, and mentors interns completing their professional registration in architecture.
