New Electrical Service Energization Request Form

Energy & Water Services has introduced a new Electrical Service Energization Request Form that combines the previous energization request forms for new buildings Unit Substations and Low Voltage service. The new form captures all key contact information and signatures for tracking and record keeping, and improves the checklist’s look and feel with some added clarity. Please use the new form found on the For Contractors & Developers page for all future electrical service energization requests.
