We’re saying goodbye to @UBCFixMySpace on X (Twitter)
Effective September 1, 2025, UBC Facilities will be decommissioning our Facilities X (formerly Twitter) account, @UBCFixMySpace. This change reflects our ongoing efforts to streamline communications and ensure consistent, reliable support for the campus community.
For Building Administrators, please continue to submit your requests directly through Planon. Planon allows you to easily submit, monitor and view all open service requests. For emergencies, please call 604-822-2173.
For students, faculty, and staff, and visitors you may report any building, grounds, or land-related concerns, by contacting the Facilities Service Centre:
