Samuel Boadi joins as Custodial Team Manager – Weekend Evenings

We are excited to welcome Samuel Boadi as our new Custodial Team Manager – Weekend Evenings. Samuel brings over 12 years of progressive leadership experience, supported by a strong foundation in civil engineering and project management. Samuel first joined UBC in 2023 and Custodial Services in 2024, and has been providing weekend supervisory coverage since May of this year through the EOI program. His familiarity with our operations, teams, and service standards will support a very smooth transition into this leadership role.

Samuel holds a Master of Engineering Leadership in Urban Systems from UBC, a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering, and is a newly certified Project Management Professional (PMP®). His experience in team leadership, safety, risk management, and service delivery—combined with his on-the-ground custodial expertise—positions him extremely well for success in this role.
