Welcome to Edward Ganal as Team Manager, Day Shift – Custodial Services

We are excited to announce Edward Ganal is the new Team Manager, Day Shift – Custodial Services.

Edward steps into this position with over 17 years of UBC Custodial Services experience, after working through many levels of the organization. Edward most recently held the Day Shift Team Manager role on a temporary basis starting in October 2025, after acting as the Evening Custodial Manager. Starting in 2013, he worked as a Custodial Scheduler/Trainer, using innovative software to workload custodial assignments and enhance service delivery. Edward brings a wealth of experience and ISSA accreditations, including the Professional Certified Trainer, Accredited Auditing Professional and Certified Custodial Supervisor.
