West Parkade and Lower Mall access changes starting March 17

Utility work for the Lower Mall Precinct continues as we move into Phase 2 road closures.

On Monday, March 16, the West Parkade will still be accessible from the north via University Boulevard (the current access route). Throughout the day on March 16, crews will be moving fencing and detour signage. By the end of the day on Monday, access to the West Parkade will shift to the south via Agronomy Road.

Road closure and access:

• Lower Mall closed from the West Parkade entry to north of University Boulevard intersection
• Access West Parkade from south via Agronomy Road
• University Boulevard west of Lower Mall open for St. John’s College access only
• Sidewalks will remain open
