David Sequeira is joining the Custodial Services team as its newest Assistant Supervisor, effective February 6. In his new role, David will oversee the dayshift Custodial Services team and will work out of the UBC Life Building.
David has been on the UBC Vancouver Campus since 2016, where he joined the Alma Mater Society (AMS) of UBC as an Operational Supervisor in the AMS Conferences and Catering unit, and later as an Assistant Manager in the AMS Building Operations. David joined UBC in 2018, serving as the Facilities Coordinator in the Office of the Dean at the Faculty of Education with responsibility for Faculty-wide health and safety programs, space management matters, and facilities operations for the last four years.
David has extensive experience and an educational background in hospitality and tourism management in Canada and Goa, India.
Outside of work, David likes traveling, spending time with family and meeting people.
