The Facilities Policies and Guidelines have moved to a new Policies & Procedures SharePoint site. As part of our ongoing efforts to improve accessibility, collaboration, and document management, this site will serve as the primary source for all current policies, procedures, standards, and supporting documents. To access the SharePoint site, you will need to log in using your CWL (Campus-Wide Login) credentials and may be promoted with multi-factor authentication (MFA).

Inclusive Washroom Guidelines
Inclusive washrooms are washrooms that can be used safely, accessibly, and comfortably by all members of the UBC community and visitors to the UBC Vancouver (Point Grey) and Okanagan campuses.

The UBC Learning Space Design Guidelines (LSDG) are used in the development of new classrooms as well as renovations and upgrades of existing learning spaces.
UBC Technical Guidelines
The UBC Technical Guidelines are design and construction standards for new institutional buildings and major renovation projects on the UBC campus.
