UBC Facilities is responsible for full lifecycle stewardship of facilities and utilities on the Vancouver campus.
Facilities’ nine departments—Asset Replacement & Improvement, Building Operations, Capital Planning & Development, Custodial Services, Customer Services & Informatics, Energy & Water Services, Facilities Planning, Municipal Services, and Project Services—manage the planning, development, operations and maintenance of buildings, public spaces, landscaping, power, water, and district heating systems on the UBC Vancouver campus. This division also provides facilities planning and project development services for the UBC Okanagan campus as well as off-campus UBC locations.
