Jeannie Lee joins Facilities’ Energy & Water Services as Utilities Manager

Jeannie Lee joins Facilities’ Energy & Water Services as Utilities Manager.

Jeannie brings in extensive, local knowledge in both private and public engineering sectors focuses on utilities planning, stormwater management, and climate change resilience.

Prior to joining UBC, Jeannie was the Senior Engineer in the City of Vancouver, leading their Flood Management team, and spent many years at the City of Surrey directly involved in development servicing, capital planning, and public engagement.

Jeannie is a Professional Engineer (P.Eng), has a Bachelor of Applied Science in Civil Engineering and a Master of Applied Science in Water Resources from UBC and is a current board member of Engineers and Geoscientists BC (EGBC)’s Climate Change Advisory Group. In her free time, Jeannie enjoys gardening, traveling, and trying to improve her pickleball game.

Jeannie joins Facilities on October 16 and will be located at the Campus Energy Centre.
