Hennings Building – Classrooms 301, 302, and 304 Renovation
Construction: April 28 – Late August 2025
Construction is anticipated to begin on April 28 for the Classrooms 301, 302, and 304 Renovation in the Hennings Building. We will renovate three classrooms, including upgraded flooring, a drop ceiling, lighting, classroom equipment, and the AV system. Wayfinding will be improved, and doors and hardware will be replaced to improve classroom accessibility.
What to expect during construction
- Some construction noise at the start of the project from the demolition and reinstallation of flooring, ceiling, doors, AV equipment, and sliding boards.
- Planned electrical shutdown on the third floor for electrical and mechanical work.
- There will be no access to Classrooms 301, 302, and 304 during construction.
