Donna Caedo is the successful candidate for the Enterprise Maintenance Management System (EMMS) Sustainment Business Analyst position in Customer Services & Informatics within Facilities. As a Business Analyst, Donna will be working closely with the Facilities team on all items related to Planon, which includes responding to ServiceNow tickets, reviewing/addressing backlog items, and ensuring various business activities are successfully completed in Planon, and much more.
Donna joins the EMMS Sustainment team from UBC Faculty of Medicine Postgraduate Medical Education, where she was working as an Educational Administrative System Support Analyst for the past 8 years. Donna brings over 20 years of experience working with administrative systems and business operations with roles not only in business analysis, but also in project management, systems analysis, quality assurance, change management, and system support.
