Conor Cregg-Guinan steps into new role as Operations Manager, Custodial Services

Conor Cregg-Guinan is stepping into a new role as Operations Manager, Custodial Services in Facilities effective immediately, reporting to Sean Lynch, Director of Custodial Services.

Conor has been acting as Operations Manager since June 2022 and has played a key role in advancing the strategic objectives within the unit. Conor started his career at UBC in 2009. He worked for UBC Conferences and Accommodation and in the Municipal Services before transitioning to a management role within Custodial Services in 2018.

In his new role, Conor will oversee the Dayshift custodial operation and the utility worker teams, and be responsible for the maintenance and execution of the pest control, window cleaning and carpet cleaning contracts.

Conor is a UBC graduate. He holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in English Literature, a Facilities Management Certification through BOMI (Building Operations Management Institute), and is an accredited CAPM (Certified Associate of Project Management).

In his spare time, Conor likes to spend time with his young family, play soccer and travel.
