The Facilities Service Centre is the central point from which Facilities manage all customer interactions across various channels. Its primary purpose is to act as the interface between customers and the Facilities staff.
With two recent additions to the Customer Services and Informatics team, the Service Centre will be extending its hours to 7:30 am – 5:30 pm, Monday to Friday, as of November 1, 2022.
Please join us in welcoming Service Centre Coordinators, Mark Stacey and Marie Cummings.
Mark Stacey has extensive knowledge of the UBC Point Grey Campus, developed during the four years he worked as a Campus Mail employee. With over ten years of retail experience, he brings strong customer service and office management experience.
Marie Cummings has a background in finance and hospitality. When working in the hotel industry, she was assigned to manage emergencies such as fire and floods and clients’ diverse requests. Her customer responsiveness and ability to adapt will make her a great asset.
