Wendy Lam joins Customer Services & Informatics as Clerk

Wendy Lam will be starting her new role as Clerk IV with the Facilities’ Customer Services & Informatics group on May 1, reporting to Gardenia Honorio, Business Operations Manager.

In her new role, Wendy will be responsible for organizing and completing varied and complex administrative work that requires thoughtful application and interpretation of policies and procedures. Through supporting engagement and communication activities, Wendy will enhance the team’s ability to make data readily available to staff managers.

Wendy holds a Social Science Bachelor in Psychology and brings a combination of skills from her past experience in higher education and the public sector, as well as high proficiency in Workday and Planon.
