Setting up an exam space is not an easy task—it requires hours of hard work and strict compliance with UBC’s exam requirements, especially with space setup and delivery of exam booklets.
This year, the Learning Spaces team took over the coordination of final exam setup from Enrolment Services, working together with Custodial Services and Municipal Services to continue improving the exam setup process. Kudos to the Utility Worker teams, who numbered the tables at the exam halls for the first time this year.
Thank you to all our teams for all of the hard work that goes into coordinating, delivering, setting up and breaking down the Robert F. Osborne Centre and SRC for the student exams. Through your dedication, hard work and knowledge, this process becomes more efficient each year.
