Pickup dates for Styrofoam are now available for 2025. Pickup occurs on every other Wednesday.
Remember, Styrofoam is an non-biodegradable material that’s not recyclable at UBC’s recycling sort-it stations and should be avoided. Sometimes Styrofoam is necessary in equipment shipping, so Municipal Services offers collection at select buildings where Styrofoam waste is significant.
