Henry Angus Building Classroom 254 Renovation
Construction: April 28 – Late August 2025
Construction is anticipated to begin on April 28 for the Classroom 254 Renovation in the Henry Angus Building. We will upgrade the existing AV and mechanical systems to improve efficiency and sightlines and reduce noise disruptions during class. Furniture will also be upgraded, including new sliding whiteboards, built-in desks with power, and loose seating to enhance student collaboration.
What to expect during construction
- Construction noise from the demolition and reinstallation of mechanical equipment, AV systems, and sliding boards.
- Some loud, concentrated noise from concrete slab coring for electrical services on a few coring days.
- Planned electrical shutdown on the second floor for electrical and mechanical work, date TBC.
- There will be no access to Classroom 254 during construction.
