The new UBC Utility Portal will be launching in Fall 2025. This portal will improve UBC utility customers’ ability to manage their utility accounts and let them receive invoices online and go paperless!

Once the new Utility Portal is live, you will have a new utility account number. Please keep an eye on your inbox for your new account information and how to update it in your payment process.
