Brimacombe Building External Maintenance project begins

October 9, 2025
Construction on the Brimacombe Building External Maintenance project is anticipated to take place from October to mid-November 2025.
The project will clean, prepare and paint external metal structural elements.
Here’s what to expect during construction
- Occupants in the Brimacombe Building should expect low level noise and disruption from ongoing maintenance activities. This includes pressure washing, surface preparation and painting at ground and roof levels. All efforts will be made to keep the disruption to a minimum.
- Expect short-term mobile lift activity around the building’s external elevations. General access will be maintained, but there may be periodic activity at building entrances.
- We recommend that windows are kept closed to reduce the effects of noise and prevent odours and construction materials from entering the interior spaces.
