This certification from ISSA, the world’s leading trade association for the cleaning industry, places UBC in the elite top tier of all cleaning service providers world-wide.
This achievement represents the highest levels of excellence and demonstrates our commitment to leading quality of service, environmental standards, customer satisfaction and compliance with the industry’s best practices. It upholds UBC as a credible, quality-focused, employee and customer-oriented organization, and advances our VPFO portfolio mission to transform from conventional, traditional practices to being trusted business partners.
While this certification effort was led by Custodial Services, this is a significant milestone for Facilities, the VPFO and UBC. It is a testament to our continuous dedication to leading our industry in facility management and exceptional customer service.
