The Hennings Building Roof Renewal is underway
Estimated construction dates: August 25 – October 31, 2025. This project will renew the aging Hennings Building roof systems, remove redundant mechanical systems, and complete localized, minimally invasive seismic improvements.

Safety bollards are essential to provide a protective barrier that helps prevent accidents and potential harm to pedestrians. However, we’ve recently received reports of bollards being lowered and not raised again or damaged due to vehicles driving through without properly lowering and resetting them.
