Setting up an exam space is not an easy task — it requires hours of hard work and strict compliance with UBC’s exam requirements, especially with the setup of approximately 1350 tables and chairs and delivery of exam booklets, to ensure a fair and ideal environment for students to deliver their best.

In support of the student team, a wide array of UBC entities helped to enable the forward thinking, and unconventional design and construction of a unique building. The project and student team were well supported by contributions from UBC Facilities’ Infrastructure Development and Energy & Water Services, and Campus & Community Planning.
