Welcome to UBC Facilities

UBC Facilities is responsible for the lifecycle stewardship of all academic and administrative buildings, public spaces, and utility assets on the UBC Vancouver Point Grey campus.

We ensure campus spaces function effectively and support the campus community by planning, building, renewing, operating, maintaining, and repairing buildings, landscapes, and infrastructure to meet the University’s needs and advance its academic mission.
