Mikhail Manaligod is the successful candidate for the Service Centre Coordinator position, joining the Customer Services & Informatics team in Facilities.
Mikhail joins us from Impark, with over nine years of experience, where he held a variety of roles specializing in customer service, account management, and data administration. Mikhail’s experience with managing and prioritizing emergency service calls, working with maintenance management systems, coordinating building shutdowns, and being the go-to for ensuring excellent customer experience make him a great fit for the Service Centre Coordinator position. Mikhail’s first day is Tuesday, October 12, 2021.
Mikhail has a graduate diploma in Business Administration from SFU and a Commerce, Business Management degree from De La Salle University in the Philippines.
