Joey-Lee Rebelo joins Building Operations as Manager, Business & Support Services

Joey-Lee Rebelo is the successful applicant for the Manager, Business and Support Services position, reporting to Customer Services & Informatics in Building Operations. This is a new position responsible for leading the Clerical and Service Centre teams, as well as supporting training and other important initiatives throughout Facilities.

Jeetender leads daily operations of buildings and is the primary contact for building maintenance services (for the Teal Zone), which include cleaning, preventative maintenance, repair and minor renovations on the UBC Vancouver campus.

Municipal and Custodial Services keeping priority routes clear over the long weekend

While many were out playing in the snow or bundled up by the fire, Building Operations’ Municipal and Custodial Services crews were on UBC campus ensuring the priority routes were clear so buses, emergency vehicles and those living and visiting the campus could move around as safely as possible.
