Are you a Technician?
Please scan the QR code using the Planon Mobile Field Service App (also known as PMFS). If you are an authorized account holders, you will be able to view asset information, associate the asset to a work order, and more.
If you don’t have the app, and you are using an iPhone or iPad provided by UBC, please contact the UBC IT Service Centre.
If you are using a personal device or Android device, you can self-install the PMFS app:
- iOS device: Download the Planon mobile app on the Apple App Store.
- Android devices: Download the Planon mobile app on Google Play.
