Conor Cregg-Guinan and Denise Tang step into their new roles as Acting Operations Manager in Custodial Services within Facilities

Conor Cregg-Guinan and Denise Tang are stepping into their new roles as Acting Operations Manager in Custodial Services within Facilities, following Sean Lynch’s promotion to Acting Director, Custodial Services on June 6.

Conor will continue to look after the dayshift custodial operation, and assist with design reviews as well as implementation of the units workloading/QA platform, while Denise will own all processes relating to contracted vendors and services, the utility worker crew, and implementation of the Custodial Services asset management plan.

Conor Cregg-Guinan

Conor started his career at UBC in 2009. He worked for UBC Conferences and Accommodation and in the Municipal Services before transitioning to a management role within Custodial Services in 2018.

Conor is a UBC graduate. He holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in English Literature, a Facilities Management Certification through BOMI (Building Operations Management Institute), and is a CAPM (Certified Associate of Project Management).

 

 

Denise Tang

Denise has worked at UBC since 2010. Her experience with supervising the clerical pool within Customer Services & Informatics and her management experience, including acting as Interim Operations Manager in 2018, will ensure a seamless transition into her new role.

Denise is also a UBC Alumna with a Bachelor of Arts in Economics. Outside of work, Denise enjoys cooking, playing with the her two young children outdoors, and travelling.
