UBC Facilities is responsible for the lifecycle stewardship of all academic and administrative buildings, public spaces, and utility assets on the UBC Vancouver Point Grey campus.

We ensure campus spaces function effectively and support the campus community by planning, building, renewing, operating, maintaining, and repairing buildings, landscapes, and infrastructure to meet the University’s needs and advance its academic mission.

Access Planon

Building Administrators can submit, monitor, and view open service requests on Planon.
To access Planon, you will need to have a CWL account and Service Requestor access.

Access the UBC Facilities Utility Customer Portal

Utility customers can access the Utility Customer Portal to view your bills and utility usage, set up payments, and manage your account.

  • Renovation begins on the Forest Sciences Centre Room 2330/2323

    Construction will begin in June for the Forest Sciences Centre Room 2330/2323 Renovation. The project will transform an existing classroom into a Learn Lab to serve students of the Master of Geomatics for Environmental Management Program.

    Construction to begin in June on the UBC Emergency Management Water Well Project. Three test wells will be drilled on campus to help UBC prepare to provide water during an emergency.
