We ensure campus spaces function effectively and support the campus community by planning, building, renewing, operating, maintaining, and repairing buildings, landscapes, and infrastructure to meet the University’s needs and advance its academic mission.

Access Planon

Building Administrators can submit, monitor, and view open service requests on Planon.
To access Planon, you will need to have a CWL account and Service Requestor access.

Access the UBC Facilities Utility Customer Portal

Utility customers can access the Utility Customer Portal to view your bills and utility usage, set up payments, and manage your account.

    On Thursday, March 12, the east access to the Irving K. Barber Learning Centre (IKB) will be closed to accommodate a crane lift hoisting two air handling units and a chiller to the roof.
