Project Summary
Project purpose: to renovate, renew & replace 2 existing greenhouses to provide up to date research facilities for the Department of Botany at UBC.
Two existing greenhouses were demolished and replaced with two new greenhouses. Greenhouse #1 is 6900 sq ft and is a Research Greenhouse Facility with environmentally controlled chambers and support services. Greenhouse #2 is 5830 sq ft and is a Shade/Production Facility with more basic services.
